Classes last approximately 2.5 hours and include a beverage to enjoy while we cook, class recipes, prep and shopping list and of course enjoying the food prepared. Make Your Own Artisan Vegan Cheese
Cheese glorious cheese! Enjoying the benefits of a plant based diet does not have to mean giving up this decadent indulgence. Nor does it have to mean resorting to those expensive store bought often mediocre alternatives. Using a variety of nuts, flavorings, herbs and spices learn how to prepare your own delicious and beautiful vegan cheeses. The chef will show you step by step how to make the cheeses sharing techniques and tips. You will have the opportunity to taste the cheeses made by the chef and then you and your classmates will team up to make your own vegan cheese with the flavors and spices of your choosing! We will enjoy a class show and tell tasting party. Guests are welcome to BYO wine and beer.
